Franchisees must have knowledge of more than just facilities management. Their role as a mentor for Independent Specialists is very important. A large dose of life experience is needed to create and guide a good team of Independent Specialists. All businesses are only as strong as its weakest link. There are over one hundred thousand Independent Contractors working in the Netherlands – enough potential for staffing a BUSIOP Office and providing management guidance to a personal network of Independent Specialists, thereby offering increased value to all.
